Managing PPC campaigns for Papírnictví Vojtěch brings several challenges. The main one is distinct seasonality; customers buy primarily before the school year starts, at Christmas, and in late June. Off-season, we need to work efficiently with lower demand and adjust budgets.
Another challenge is the low average order value, which requires precise work with PNO (cost of sales ratio) and an emphasis on the profitability of every campaign.
