1. General provisions

digitivo Agency processes personal data in accordance with European Union law, in particular Directive 95/46/EC on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, and with international agreements binding on the Czech Republic, including Convention No. 108 for the Protection of Individuals with regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data. The company also acts in accordance with Czech law, in particular Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the Protection of Personal Data (the "Personal Data Protection Act").

2. Definitions

• Personal data—any information relating to an identified or identifiable data subject.

• Data subject—the natural person whose personal data is processed.

• Controller—the person or entity that determines the purpose and means of processing personal data and is responsible for that processing.

3. Purpose and scope of personal data processing

digitivo Agency processes personal data accurately and in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, only for stated purposes and for the duration of the contractual relationship or for one year if no agreement is concluded.

Purposes of processing:

• Performance of agreements and provision of services.

• Operational and administrative activities.

• Accounting and tax purposes.

• Network protection and identification of potential misuse.

• Debt recovery.

• Compliance with legal obligations.

• Marketing purposes of digitivo Agency.

• Customer record management.

Categories of personal data:

• Identification data: title, first name, surname.

• Contact data: email address, telephone number, and website URLs.

• Other data required under a specific agreement or applicable law.

4. Sources of personal data

digitivo Agency obtains personal data mainly from the data subject during negotiations about an agreement or from third parties. The data subject is always informed when providing the data is necessary and when it is voluntary.

5. Other personal data processors

To provide the services described above, personal data may also be processed by external processors under agreements concluded in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act:

• Web hosting: Framer B.V. (Netherlands) through Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure

• Customer communication: Smartsupp, s.r.o., Milady Horákové 13, 602 00 Brno.

• Analytics services: Google Analytics, Hotjar.

• Social media: Facebook, Google.

• Advertising services: Sklik, Google AdWords, Facebook.

Personal data is processed manually at digitivo Agency. The company protects it through technical and organizational measures in accordance with applicable law and requires its processors to provide the same protection.

6. How we use cookies

When you use digitivo Agency services and products, temporary files known as "cookies" may be stored. digitivo Agency does not store personal data in cookies. Data stored in cookies is used solely to operate digitivo Agency services. The company processes cookies in accordance with applicable European Union and Czech law.

Visitors can prevent cookies from being stored by opening the digitivo Agency website in private browsing mode, which is supported by all modern browsers. Cookies are not stored in the browser in this mode. Some digitivo Agency products and services may not work fully as a result and may behave unexpectedly.
