The main challenge was creating a site that instantly builds trust with a demanding client considering foreign investment. Since customers often don't know the Thai legal landscape or location, we needed to clearly communicate that the purchase is safe, transparent, and fully secured, including legal service.
Another challenge was the visuals. The villas are distinctively designed and located in unique scenery. The web had to look luxurious while enabling easy navigation on mobile devices.
