A major challenge was presenting an alternative treatment method, bioresonance, in a way that felt credible and understandable to laypeople. Since it's a non-invasive method based on biophysics and quantum theory, we had to simplify technical language while maintaining expertise so the serious nature of the service wasn't lost.
Another challenge was to visually engage without overwhelming; the target group often arrives with specific health issues and expects clear, quick answers. The site structure had to be maximally clear, leading the visitor to action (booking, contact) as fast as possible.
